Brian Yi is a native of Southern California. He has over 20 years of cheerleading experience beginning with the Santa Monica HS Vikings. Brian is a former member and captain of the UCLA Cheer Team as well as part of the nationally rank Hawaii Pacific University Cheer Team.
Brian’s coaching background includes the University of Hawaii, UCLA, and various other programs from Pop Warner to the collegiate level. He also worked as a Territory Manager for Universal Cheerleader’s Association and has judged numerous cheerleading competitions.
As a small business owner, Brian is able to apply his degrees of BS in Business Management and BS in Human Resource Management to his business. He uses a no non-sense approach to both his business as well as his coaching.
Brian is thrilled to be back for a second tour of duty as the UCLA Cheer Coach, and is passionate about the future of the UCLA Cheer program.
