| Most Memorable Spirit Squad Moment | NDA Nationals in Florida my senior year of high school: the night before finals our team rented a room of a restaurant in our hotel and completely re-choreographed both of our routines, practiced them until 11:30 at night, and lost an hour of sleep due to a time change that night. Our alarm clocks didn’t go off in the morning, so we got ready in 15 minutes for our final performances at 7 a.m. (so about 4 a.m. for us Californians). We won first place in our category for both routines, and for pom, we took the title of Grand Champions; our scores topped those of everyone else in the entire competition. |

| Most Embarassing Moment | I was leading cheers at a football game for the first quarter and before the game started, I swung the microphone and it flew off the cord and hit the ground so hard that it broke. Our teams had to cheer without a microphone until our coach’s husband ran out to the nearest radio shack and bought a new one. Oops! |
