Spirit Squad Application
A confirmation email will be sent to you within a couple days of your application submission. If you do
not receive a confirmation email, please send an email to Mollie Vehling regarding your application.
Candidates may audition for more than one team. Final placement will be determined
by the Advisor.

Would you be wiling to modify your appearance throughout the year through recommendation/s
of the program (hair style/color, make-up, weight, etc)?

Do you have conflicts with the time commitment and expectations during the Spring Quarter,
summer 2008 or the upcoming 2008-2009 season (family weddings, travel abroad, work commitments)?
